      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to login to my account. I'm only able to get to the Community. It keeps asking me to Activate. I have switched to PCmobile using eSim. Am trying to end my service with PM. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, am not very happy with PCmobile. I was under the impression they had 5g coverage here in Price Edward County (PEC) and were with Rogers. I just read they are with Bell/Telus. Please be kind. I'm in my 84th year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or did you cancel your Public Mobile account and opened new account with PC Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you ported out, your account herebwould be automatically closed which is why you cannot login anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
