      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I enter my credentials into the login page. My only option is to activate a new subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am already subscribed and have been a customer for months. I &amp;nbsp;would simply like access to my account so I can make changes but cannot properly login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
