    <description>&lt;P&gt;do you see all 4 charges on the credit card?&amp;nbsp; check if 2 of them just pending charges&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if all 4 are real charges, ask PM and they can help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/586161"&gt;@BigPapaPump&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where do you see the duplicated charges?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is on the Payment history page, make sure you know that each renewal, there are 2 lines.&amp;nbsp; One lines show you PM charged you, the other line is how PM uses the money. So, 2 lines for one charge and not really 2 charges&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not the issue, there was a glitch in the app and it charged us 4 times for 2 phone numbers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
