In order to cancel account, please open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right, and someone from PM can look into this for you. &amp;nbsp;Have you gone into your account page and turned off subscription by chance? In the app, go to subscription, manage subscription, subscription renewal, and then click unsubscribe. Hope this helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
