      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone didn't work anymore, and I got a new phone. I need to transfer my eSIM to my new iPhone.&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to download the Public Mobile app to purchase a new eSIM because it keeps asking me to add my credit card and then verify it with a code sent to my messages.&amp;nbsp;I have worked on this problem for more than 3 hours, and I really need help with this terrible problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, I can't get a ticket because of the error 404.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
