      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of yesterday, I can no longer make or receive calls or texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attempting to log in to My Account results in "Unauthorized".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked my credit card records, and I am all paid-up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's going on, and why is there no customer service? Only a very unhelpful chatbot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My monthly renewal went through Aug. 25.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;611 tells me that it cannot complete my request and hangs up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1-855-4PUBLIC tells me the call cannot complete as I have no booster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like they don't think they've been paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted a message to an agent. Will wait for reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, you got it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My CC was hacked a month or so ago. I canceled it and immediately updated my payment info in PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT... What I failed to notice was that - while reversing the fraudulent charges - the CC company also reversed my PM payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm blacklisted with PM and have to do vouchers for a year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lesson learned... Double, triple-check your CC statements! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
