Hi,

first question:

Maybe I will buy a iPhone 17 but it doesn’t have a solid SIM card slots. Is it possible to change my SIM card to a eSim without changing my number and my subscription plan? Do I need to pay an extra fee?

Second question:

Why does my monthly subscription fee increase but no one told me, can you return me the money ?

2. The fees increase was just a E911 charge imposed by your province

1. For your iPhone, you just need to setup the phone first, then download PM app. Login and go to Profile -> Purchase sim card , choose eSIM

Thank you vert much ! After I purchase the sim card- eSim version, is my subscription plan gonna change ? Cuz mine is $29 now, is it gonna more expensive if I buy a esim ?

No worries, it will be the same plan, same amount and same number, nothing change other than the sim

Your plan will not change and no it won’t increase if you are on eSIM.
