    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sim cards can only be activated once. Did you activate it before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you used it and had an account and canceled it, you have to purchase a new one. My active phone number was xxxxxxxxxxcccccccc. Should I now obtain a new SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would say your sim card was already activated so I would purchase another one. At a Telus store much faster&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
