FYI the Walmart at Billings Bridge does not sell plans (of any provider).

The one at Trainyards however does, and was quite helpful with quick setup.

Hope this helps someone prevent from making a wasted trip like I did!

Some of the newly acquired stores (from Target leases) did not have the mobile store too, probably because they were anchored to the mall with a lot of competition already (my guess).

I am based in Vancouver.
