You can not have a telco without anyone looking after issues on back end. In this case it's the forum mods. Except they seem to be overwhelmed right now apparently. I read in another post that issues brought to their attention should probably go into a cue with a ticket number attached. Perhaps a way to see what ticket is being worked on. That way we would at least have some idea when a solution might come along. Sitting here in the dark without issue being at least acknowledged is not a good way to do this imho. If PM creates a lot of unhappy customers because of lack of attention to issues it will only fuel the big boys "I told you so" rhetoric.

Hello community,

3rd attempt to resolve this issue of not receiving calls from Rogers network. Posted here once before over a week ago, mod was tagged. No response from anyone. Sent private message to a mod 2 nights ago. So all of yesterday passed plus whatever time since start of day today, message still unread. I understand they are busy as a result of this recent deal but at some point I would expect someone to at least say we will be looking into it. Starting to wonder if second phone will be brought here..... Cheap plans are great but if customer service is none existent that is a problem. Phone number was NOT a port, been turned on/off several times. On this line it's an inconvenience. The other phone is used for business so something like this would not be acceptable. Not for this long.

Customer Service is not non-existant, they are just overwhelmed right now with the promiotion. Prior to this (what i can only assume is a ridiculous) influx of new customers, the responses were very quick from my understanding. I have all the confidence that they will resolve the issues and will respond quicker once the promotion is over

Sorry to hear that. As the previous post mentioned they are super busy. My advice for the time being would be to search through the community posts and try to find a someone who may have had a similar issue as you and try some of the recommendations.

Unfortunately as a customer paying for a service I would expect that service delivered. Now as I stated, this issue has now existed for a week. So I have been patient but what is a reasonable amount of time?

are you getting calls from others?
Sound like the same issue I have if that is true
So far only 1 number that tries to call me goes to the Rogers voicemail system
All others seems to come through fine. Even other number from Rogers customers. This is really weird
