How to check my add-on usage details when all minutes are used up?

login My Account, on the main page, click Usage Breakdown and you will see the usage for all add-on and your monthly data/minutes

if you used up minutes or data, just go to Subscription & Add-on and buy extra

Thanks for the solution. I can see it now. But only last 90 days' record is available to check.

Correct, only last 90 days are available through self-service.
Maybe agent has access to more but you would need to open a ticket...
