      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you cancel it properly? you can either port out the number or you login My Account -&amp;gt; Profile-&amp;gt; Manage EverSafe ID and turn off Subscribed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need PM to check, you need to open ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I chated with Cs_agent and he assured me that my account is closed and refund on its way. I don't have access to the phone never did as I can't download load the app on my phone due to different country settings in play store&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
