      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Payments and then either pay by voucher or add funds to your account. This will load funds to the account which will then be used to renew tomorrow. However if your cycle started today, and you don't have service because of insufficient funds, you will need to follow&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/387343"&gt;@slusagm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s advice.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps your CC on file expired and thats why this is a first time happening?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cycle ends today. I have a dedicated card for my online subscriptions and they tried to take the payment before I added money to the card. I can’t make calls but can still text. I guess what I want to know is will they try to take it out again today? There is no pay now button which means I have to pick a more expensive plan to get the same features that were on my old plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
