Are you supposed to notify customers ahead of time of any plan rate changes? I was notified about the Rewards Program and about the 9-1-1 tax, but not the last few changes in plan rates, which is frustrating because we have four members in our house with three different plans.

What plan rate change? As far as I know, the rates have not been changed.

But they normally do tell us within 30 days of any upcoming changes.

PM does NOT change plan cost out of a blue. Cost stays the same as long as you are customer.

There were very rare occasions where PM did change plan cost ($13 to $15) but all customers have been notified way ahead of a change.

It sounds like this is what happened to one of us. The credit card expired before it could be updated on the account, and he was forced to update to a more expensive plan ($35 instead $30).
