      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only just noticed that my phone is getting billed multiple times a month.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes in the same day it is billing me for an extra 4MB of data.&amp;nbsp; I am not using that much data and I am not asking for more.&amp;nbsp; The cost is about $40 per time, it has been twice in quite a few months, and recently it is happening over and over in the last two months!&amp;nbsp; How do I contact someone to look into this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM will never charge you for something you did not ask nor it has 'occurring' add-ons. All add-ons are one time deal as I know...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see charge (NOT as pending! - on your credit card) then somebody got a hold of your CC number and playing pranks on you ordering add-on you do not want/need.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
