      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that is not a port issue, your phone or sim not properly setup on that system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and see if it connects&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or ask PM to re-provision the sim.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
