      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/392316"&gt;@Oliano10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry, no parital refund here.&amp;nbsp; So, to make sure no waste of money, plan the port closer to the end of the current cycle, but don't wait till last day.&amp;nbsp; I suggest you to port out 5 days before end of cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and remember, you don't close the account here before you port.&amp;nbsp; Keep the account active, request porting with the new carrier.&amp;nbsp; After port is completed, your PM account would be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
