topic plans in Get Support

I currently have a plan for $34/mo which is 50GB Data Canada - US., 5G speed, unlimited Canada-US messaging.

I'm doing a one-time travel to Mexico for 10 days. Apparently there is no Mexico roaming add-on. I noticed that there is a pan for $40/month which is Canada-US-Mexico 20GB plus 40GB bonus. I could change to this plan, however, after I get back I would only have 20GB going forward and be paying $6/mo more.

Any suggestions

@Allan7

The $40 plan in your change subscription should be 60 GB and should not reduce to 20 GB after 1 month.

However, once you switch from $34 to $40, it will be extremely unlikely for you to be able to switch back to the cheaper plan in the future. Better just by a temporary travel e-sim for Mexico.

I tried to change my plan to the Canada-US-Mexico one, however, I keep getting "Loading" when I try accessing my Account information
