If you got it and replied YES, you can then &lt;STRONG&gt;disable, not delete, your Telus eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Then&lt;STRONG&gt; make sure the PM esim is enabled and set as Primary and click Reset Network Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and test&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once you say yes, you'll see the name Telus at the top go SOS., Then you turn off your phone and put in your Public Mobile SIM card in and restart your phone. Easy as that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You replied within 90 mins?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
