A few things to check...&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan Settings:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Make sure your plan supports incoming long-distance calls. Some plans may restrict these unless explicitly included.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Caller’s Service:&lt;/STRONG&gt; If the person trying to reach you doesn’t have long-distance enabled on their line, the call may not connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/569745"&gt;@Ger5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is Canada wide calling and texting but if they are outside of Canada. It would be an issue with the caller’s plan they are on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might consider using WhatsApp for free calling and texting when connected to wifi or data but both parties must have this app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
