      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I purchased the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;$20 1 GB plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;September 1, 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;for my child. I recently checked the Public Mobile website and noticed that the same plan now offers&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3 GB of data&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;for the same price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since my current data is running low, I wanted to ask:&lt;BR /&gt;Is there any option to match the current plan offering and increase my data allowance accordingly, without changing the plan or losing the renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;from what I see on PM's page, $20 is still just 1GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can check your Change Subscription page on My Account, it might show you different plans.&amp;nbsp; And in fact, there is a $20 plan 3GB there.&amp;nbsp; If you see it, change using Change On Renewal and not Change Now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/584800"&gt;@mominbx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the $20/3gb is for new members and not for existing members.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can login to the account and under Subscription&amp;gt;Manage Subscription&amp;gt; Change Subscription. It will list all plans you are eligible to change to. There will probably be higher priced plans. Remember to change on your next renewal date (not now) so you won’t be charged for the existing plan and the new plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
