    <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi has nothing to do with PM service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have data on your plan, activate data and you will have internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outside your home WiFi is available if somebody broadcast WiFi signal and anybody with working phone can use it (if it is free, no password required). You do nod need mobile service for WiFi&lt;/P&gt;</description>
