      <title>Issue With Porting Phone Number to Public Mobile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the process of porting my phone number from &lt;STRONG&gt;Fongo Works&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I initiated this port request nearly 24 hours ago, but calls are still routing to Fongo Works. Public Mobile states porting should normally complete within 5 hours, so I believe something has gone wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I attempt to re-initiate the transfer, Public Mobile reports the number as invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone please advise on the next steps to resolve this? Do I just wait it out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
