    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new costumer. I'm trying to activate the SIM card. when I log in the system is sending a 6 digit code to the new SIM car which is not activated yet. I don't know what is going wrong. The SIM card is shows an X on it on the phone's screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't confirm my identity because I don't receive the code on the new SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can I receive the code on another phone number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to get some help from you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yara&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
