      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is your PM account still active? If it is but it cannot be ported to Virgin Mobile, then it is a question with Virgin.&amp;nbsp; PM allows any number from an active account to port out with no restriction&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made my line very carefully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM doesn't stop the number from porting out, just Bell cannot accept the number because they don't have service there, the issue is in Bell side and not a restriction on PM side&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
