    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not see that particular '3G add-on' in a add-on catalogue. You can buy minutes or data. Even lowest $15 plan is now 4G so I am confused what add-on are you talking about...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought extra 3g add ons on September 4th after my data wouldn't work. And it hasn't worked, even though my subscription renewed only on Aug 24th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your PM account and confirm you DO have add-on added and it is not exhausted already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do hard reset of your phone (turn off, wait, turn on).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Heads up, if your phone only supports 3G you may need to upgrade to a 4G or 5G device as 3G is being shut down gradually in Canada.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
