    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I am a new subscriber but cannot complete the setup process. I opened a new account and downloaded the Public Mobile app. After receiving the 6-digit confirmation via email to confirm my identity, it says CODE INCORRECT. I tried to clear my phone browser's cache, restart my phone, request new codes, but nothing works. Please advise. Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
