Known issue for some customer recently. PM is aware and working on a fix.

A customer service agent can reset your account to fix this issue. I will escalate your post to CSA_PM who should private message you within 30 minutes. Check your private message inbox.

If you have not heard back from CSA_PM, you should submit a ticket for CSA help. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website to submit ticket for CSA help. It will take a few hours for CSA to respond.
