It's been 10 days. I haven't received Sim card yet.

It can take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail. If you haven't received it by the end of this week, reach out to customer service.

Labour Day holiday last Monday..so that's a factor. I'd say it'll likely arrive this week (with any luck). Alternative is to order from Amazon... FAST, free delivery if you or friend has a prime account. Then ask Customer Support to credit your new account for additional sim cost.

Please note that it is 10 business days or 2 weeks but members indicated it took 3 weeks to arrive.
