      <description>&lt;P&gt;my ever safe account has a wrong phone number in it, and I cannot access my account because it keeps sending my security codes to it and I cannot receive it. What can I do? I do not have any service and have paid for the package already I need help And can’t seem to get any&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/586932"&gt;@Atlantic_Diver&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if the phone number is wrong, you cannot get the 2FA via voicemail!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, you can still click Didn't Receive code and get the code via email.&amp;nbsp; If you can login that way, you will then go to Profile -&amp;gt; Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I do get a code through my email, but the double verification keeps sending the second one to the phone number that’s wrong and I cannot get the second code that will let me into my account. I have sent a message now to the agent. thank you very much as I could not seem to find any information on how to go about this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
