My plan says international texting is included, but does that mean texting to Europe from Canada is covered or is texting while I'm in Europe within Europe is covered?

Public Mobile only works in Canada, the United States and Mexico. There is no roaming outside these three countries. So it's only FROM Canada to Europe.

If I may make a suggestion though that might be worth looking into. You can download an app like TextNow, pick a local number to where you live now. Then, look at getting a eSIM from Airalo. Here's the link.

The is one major disadvantage with PM. No international roaming besides US and Mexico. Unable to receive 2FA texts while traveling abroad. For some customers, this is a deal breaker.

I have used mobimatter.com for cheaper eSIM data travel options while traveling.
