      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/586587"&gt;@Bimalraj1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is that a physical sim or eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try reboot your phone and check if the sim can connect to the network at all.&amp;nbsp; If not, it is not an issue with porting but and issue with provision.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/586587"&gt;@Bimalraj1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you don't need to cancel the service.&amp;nbsp; Your issue is the Rogers sim.&amp;nbsp; Disable the &lt;STRONG&gt;Rogers sim by toggle OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; "Turn on this line"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure the &lt;STRONG&gt;Public Mobile sim is enabled&lt;/STRONG&gt; with "Turn on this line"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then Reset Network Settings and it should work, it should work for at least outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
