If that doesn't work, you can always try resetting your Network Settings as the old Bell settings may be affecting things. If that doesn't work, you can create a ticket to a CS Agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I set up an account (not this one but the same name) and tried to transfer a number but it did not work and I was assigned a new number.
