      <title>Data not working?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my data not work in an urban city of 150000 people. It's happened twice in two days. I've never seen this except when I'm camping in very rural areas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
