I think Twitter and Facebook&amp;nbsp;are potential avenues of communication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you restarted your phone?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Herbert, I think you need to pm a MOD and have them look at this.&amp;nbsp; It seems like an issue they can resolve, but there is also a large backlog they are working on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The long distance message means you are calling either US or international with a Canada wide plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The long distance message means you are calling outside your home province with a province wide plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also get that message if you are outside your home province and try to call your home province on a province wide plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It helps to know where you are, where you are calling, and where your home province ... Answer those off here before troubling the mods, we might be able to clairify for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
