      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was recently stolen, so I went to a store that deals with Public Mobile and got a new phone and SIM card. I was instructed to set up the SIM card online. When I tried to log into my account, it said my password was incorrect. I attempted to reset my password using the option to send a 6-digit code to my email, but I never received it despite multiple attempts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only other option is to send the code via text, but since I no longer have access to my old SIM card, I cannot receive texts to my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this point, I am unable to access my account and therefore cannot restore my plan.
