When I look up subscriptions internally , I'm seeing much better rates and data (27$ for 20gb)

However when she looks up public mobile she is seeing different rates and data ( 20$ for 1gb) Once she signs up will she see the same internal subscription rates and data as me?

Hello @Praful6

When you open the app on your phone and go to Change Subscriptions, you will see plan offers altered to your plans price point. Example. If you have a $25 plan, you will see, mostly, all offers for plans over the $25 price point. When she goes online, she'll see different plans. Sometimes they will be better to attract new customers. And with Black Friday 3 months away, she may wish to pick wisely if she wishes to join or wait till then in hopes of a much better plan than posted now.

Just remember that once she selects a plan, she can't downgrade to a cheaper plan.

edited
