Hi, I need to reset my pin so I can pay my bill to reactivate my account. I don't have any service right now. Thanks!

If you have access to My Account, you can use this link to set the PIN

to rest your pin, log in to your account on the app.. Account...look for Reset Pin Number...then you can add new pin.

alternative is to get Public Mobile payment vouchers at Shell Gas, Walmart or London Drugs..then dial 611 to add them to your account and Resume service.
