If so, your account will be closed, SIM stop working and your number returned to the carrier you originally got the number from.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also call 1-855-4 PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number. If it is suspended then you need to make a manual payment to restore service. If the system can’t find your number then your accounts is closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a Telus/Koodo/PM number.       <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for responding, I am an existing member, recently , the payment is on time and current, but still I have the same problem, people cant call me, it gives them the number is not assigned, now almost feed-up with public mobile services. I cant be helped , or what could be the last solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
