yes, it is pretty accurate

you might see an extra 100Mb used. Some members called it buffer data, or the startup data of the day. it is showed on your usage but it does not really count towards your usage.

Other than that 100Mb marked extra (but not really affecting you), PM's usage tracking is very accurate

Yes, PM tracking your usage is accurate and final comparing to any 3rd party app or your phone.

PM updates data usage few times a day so it is not up-to-date every second.
