      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the USA and need a 15 day temporary USA Canada calling plan. My plan only overs Canada and worldwide messaging. However, I have to make called from the USA to Canada and wonder if there are any special add-ons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
