      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;i have not recieved the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;activation summary emails and also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;eSIM QR code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In addition at the last stage "Step6 of 6: Activate": I get error "ESIM NOT INSTALLED" Something didn't go right while installing your eSIM. Click below and retry.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone is iphone 15 which support e-Sim.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also try reboot phone and relogin the app, some have success with that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also check Sim card Manager screen to see if a Public Mobile sim is already installed, sometimes it is..it is installed but not enabled and you need to manually turn it on&lt;/P&gt;</description>
