topic trying to downgrade subscription in Get Support

I normally upgrade my subscription for the summer, and then downgrade it again. However this time it doesn't seem like an option as nothing lower is offered under the subscription tab (and I lost the 15$ plan that's grandfathered for others). How can I get the 250mb plan again?

I might just switch provider at this point.

yes, sorry unfortunately, as of the last few months the $15 plan has been removed so no one can get it again.

As for downgrading you will find very few options at a higher price. So you will only be able to chose from what you see in your self serve account.

hi @Patatevolante4 as far as I know, the $15 plan is no longer offered by any carrier. $20 is the base plan if you are looking for monthly plan.

when you check My Account's Change Subscription, what is the cheapest plan you see there?
