How you lost your old number and how long you have lost your old number

It depends on how long ago it was you had the number. If it was under 89 days, you may be able to get it back by contacting customer service. If it's been more than 90 days, the number is gone.

You will need to contact the carrier you originally got the number from. It has returned back to them.
