Is your account paid up in full? Dial 611 or log into your account to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. You can do a network reset forcing your phone to connect to the PM network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. What phone are you using? Could be an older phone still using 3G and may not work anymore on the PM network. So I'm guessing #1 is the issue.
