      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;i signed up on the 23rd and requested a number transfer.&amp;nbsp; I waited the required amount of time but nothing happened.&amp;nbsp; I have since submitted two tickets and nothing.&amp;nbsp; I have until the end of today before my old number will no longer be active.&amp;nbsp; I need my number transfer to go through.&amp;nbsp; I can't get anyone to respond to me.&amp;nbsp; What do I do?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I did.&amp;nbsp; I haven't touched the old SIM.&amp;nbsp; I am still waiting for a text to approve the number transfer. Nothing has come, despite repeated requests and submitting several help tickets&lt;/P&gt;</description>
