      <title>Phones not calling out or letting me send texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I broke my phone screen recently and got it replaced soon after, for some reason now since I got it back I cannot call out or send texts even tho it reads my Sim chip and my plan is active, so wondering if anyone else has had this issue before and maybe knows the solution to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
