      <title>Number porting did not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently transferred over to Public Mobile from virgin. I went through the onboarding process and got notified everything was successful. I got a text from virgin to allow the number to be ported to which I replied YES. However I cannot accept or make any calls or send \ receive text messages. It has been a few days and it's still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
