It is just the login ID as long as your password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you tried too many times. You will be locked out for 1 hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having issues login. Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
