      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/583270"&gt;@bjlpckie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, PM is a prepaid service and there is no trial period and no refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you have paid for the full 30 days and no refund, why not test it out further.&amp;nbsp; Tell us what was wrong and maybe we can suggest and help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you decide to leave, you can port out your phone number before the 30 days period and the account will be closed once the number is ported.&amp;nbsp; Or if you don't need the phone number, you can login My Account, go to Profile &amp;gt; Manage Subscription and turn of Subscribed to stop PM from renewing your service at the end of your current cycle, which means account will then be suspended and will be closed after 90 days of suspension&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
